New Music... 'Straight On Til Morning'

Yes - You read right - NEW MUSIC! But first:

Here it is - the money shot, post vigorous-bowing, at the Royal Albert Hall, after a big-old, fast-stomping swinger a la Sarah Vaughan for the Ronnie Scott's 60th anniversary gala.

I sang with the amazing Roy Ayers and performed alongside an incredible host of artists and musicians including Liane, Kurt, Ian, Madeline, China, Judi, Curtis, Imelda, Van and Nigel (yup it’s a first name terms kinda situation.. haha)

My New Music!

The most exciting announcement I've had the joy of making in a while - They are here:

  • 500 fresh off the press CDs of my new EP 'Straight On Til Morning': 4 brand new little tunes on them for your listening pleasure.

  • Initially, exclusively available to you loyal friends and to the 230 audience members who attended my London Jazz Festival gig at Ronnie Scott's last night (don't worry, they left you some, but be quick!).

  • Official digital release and further CDs to come in the New Year.

"Why the delayed release and exclusivity?" you ask disgruntled and annoyed (or absolutely not bothered at all). Well I'll tell you! It's because every track on this EP has had blood sweat and tears and countless hours of hard work poured into it and I really don’t want it to be a drop in the ocean and get swept up in the imminent Christmas rush and countless new Christmas albums by Milli Vanilli and the Wombles… So… I hope you forgive me, whilst I sit on it for a little bit longer before allowing my music-baby to leave the nest to give it a chance to soar in the digital sky... ;)

Also, remember I do actually have quite a good Xmas album out! 'A Little Bit of Christmas' (a top 10 Christmas album of 2017 in fact, according to the Evening Standard, didn’t you know), so you could get festive with that one too, if you are still an old school CD playing person (they make great coasters if not)…

That's it from me for now!
Have a wonderful month, look after yourselves, look each other and keep supporting this crazy thing called music; which we all do, just for you. Cos without an audience we’d quite literally be playing with ourselves… Sorry, to ourselves... haha!

Love, as always, Nat xxx
