May News

Sorry for the lack of communication, but I figured you’d all prefer not to be inundated, but only get the news when it’s worthy of hearing.
We’ve had some rough times recently… The utterly atrocious bombing in Manchester arena (where I play with the Young Voices concerts in January) and a terror attack in Paris when I was playing just around the corner near the Champs Elysée… very scary stuff indeed!!!
… you just never know what’s gonna happen and now is the time to stick together and show strength and love for each other more than ever before!!!
I will, as most of my amazing musician friends, still continue playing and gigging in all these amazing venues and keep doing what we do best and hopefully the shows will bring some joy and hope to the people who come down.
Music is a very powerful thing and can be very healing, as I’m sure you all know… otherwise you wouldn’t be on my mailing list in the first place..;)
As some of you that follow me on Facebook and Instagram etc may be aware of, I have started touring with the amazing pianist Eric Legnini.
We met many moons ago on French drummer, Manu Katché’s tv show, ‘One Shot Not’ (like a French Jools Holland kinda thing) and have found each again many moons later to perform music from his recent album ‘Waxx Up’. I’ve been performing in some brilliant venues to some very enthusiastic French jazz and soul music lovers and I’m delighted to say we’ve booked a one off gig at Pizza Express, Dean Street, Soho, on the 15th June, just so you know what all the fuss is about.
Natalie Williams
His music is beautifully melodic, incredible soulful and his piano playing is out of this world.
We will be joined by my other (and better) half Robin Mullarkey on bass and the amazing gospel drummer (currently playing with Emeli Sandé), Dexter Hercules.
Do come down and join us for night of stunning brand new music!!
